What about a quorn bolognese or chilli? 100g quorn mince is 2pp & when bulked out with onions, grated carrots, chopped tomatoes & herbs & spices it makes a huge portion served with 65g dried weight wholemeal pasta or rice at 6pp leaving you with some points left over for grated cheese on the top or a wee dessert.
Or a curry? 100g chopped chicken breast is 3pp made into a curry with an oxo cube, herbs & spices (i thicken my sauce with 15g smash powder at 1 point) served with 40g dried noodles at four points & a mini naan bread at four points.
Tonight i'm having sausages with roast potatoes. Yorkshire pudding & carrrot & swede mash. Two tesco light choices cumberla d sausages are four points, 220g baby potatoes dry roasted are four points, carrot & swede mash is 1 point as i'm using two laughing cow light triangles through it, yorkshire pudding is 1 point & gravy is the liquid i'm cooking the sausages in (beef oxo, onions& peppers mixed with 15g smash to thicken) so 11 points in total.
