12 - 13 Stone? Following Plan? Average Weight Loss?

Hi Ladies,

I lost 5 stone on SW... and then went and had a run of holidays and put 2 back on! It's taken me what seems like an age getting rid of 1 of those on WW (I just felt I needed a change after 5 years of SW and maybe feeling like it wasnt working - although maybe it was me complacent and not following it).

I'd love to know what weight losses you typically have per week if your following the plan to the letter. Particularly on Green on EE, as never got on too well with Red and especially if your about the same weight as me (12st 12 currently).

WW has made me nervous of rice and potatoes and carbs and beans etc which formed a lot of my diet on SW.

I'm a couple of stone lighter than you, and I do Green only.

My loss averages out at 1lb a week - it took me 14 weeks to lose 14lb. There have been days though when I've been off plan :eek:.

I've been really good for these last two weeks though, and lost 2.5lb and 2lb :D.

Determination is Key
Everybody's weight loss is different. I know that doesn't help. But it really does depend on how good you are, how much exercise you do, how much you have left to target, how much superfree you eat, how active you generally are, aside from exercise, and a whole host of other things.
The average weight loss is 1-2lb a week, but I've seen people in group consistently lose 3 and 4lb every week.
Does it really matter how quick or how slow you lose, so long as you do indeed lose?
