12 week countdown to the wedding....

Hi All

Started STW on Wednesday so only on day 2 but going well so far. Doing 3 shakes a day and a 400 calorie meal. Shakes are nice, not a massive fan of the banana but its drinkable. Looking to lose 30lbs by May 4th for the big day!!

1st Dress fitting tomorrow so hoping this diet will help me drop a dress size (or hopefully 2)

Anyone tried the bars? Ive ordered a selection to try.
