I have a question......

on the 1200 plan for lunch on the option 2 you can have a wholemeal tuna and weetcorn pitta.

Does anyone have an idea on what size pitta you can have?

Have brought some from somerfield and have just noticed as i've typed the key word here is wholemeal.... i've brought white ones, do you think it will make a major amount of difference

On page 30 of yellow book it has pitta bread - white or brown as 75g and 190/198 cals and medium gi. Normally brown or granary is lower gi I think. Don't think it'll make much difference to be honest.

Aaahh thanks beverley!! I havent really looked past page 21! they are 157 cal each so think it should be ok,
