need to get down a decent amount of weight for April. I am just after hitting 13 stone at the mo and only 5 foot 1. If stick to 15/16 points a day is this safe??? How much should you get down a week if you do this
it doesn't sound like the answer that Weight Watchers would give you. why don't you have a look at the sticky at the top of the page which gives you the questionnaire to work your points out.

sounds odd i know but not eating all your points can slow your weight loss, however you could try fast track which is 18 points a day and is meant to get you off to a good start or give you a boost now wnd then, try sticking to your 21 and fast tracking say once a month ?
