13lbs lost! I'm stunned!!

After one week on SS I went back to my counsellor this evening and found I have lost 13lbs!!:bliss:I was so surprised that I got on the scales 3 times to check and each time it was the same!
What motivation!! Thanks for all the support and advice received on here everyone.
