I am loving the psyllium husk in my shakes, keeping my regular, every day in fact, I also have a capful of mct oil in 1 coffee a day as this helps with ketosis, I feel like I am now in the zone and will be watching the fat disappear.
Hey Dolly, how are you getting on? Been off track for a bit but back in the zone now. Still at 13.11 but determined to get into the 12's by the end of the month. xx
The lowest weight I have been in years has been 13st 2lbs so that's another mini goal I need to get past to feel like I am finally on the journey to goal weight and have achieved more than I have ever done when trying to get to goal weight.
Imagine if I could hit that weight for next WI on Monday! I would be ecstatic!
