    Well after a week on the 1500plan,ive lost 2 lb and am now at my goal of 10stone 7lb, yeahhhh woooohhooooo ive done it, my weight loss journey has come to the end after loosing 6 and a half stone and now wearing a size 12 :D, im now doing an 1800kl to see if my weight starts to slow up even more, to everyone on here that has given me soo much advice in the past "cheers" it has been so much appreciated, the hard work for me begins now really and thats to keep it off, for those who are just starting their journey, just remember to stay focused, it is hard but its all worth it in the end.
    Ill still be hanging around here so its not the final goodbye xxxx

    All the best for maintenance. Stay aware, stay focused, weigh [very] regularly...preferably daily, but never panic over the scales. Just stay well in touch with them ;)
