I'm glad the chemist agreed with what you want to do. It's a good idea to join a weight loss club, I think I will do that as I'll need a certain element of control once I finish this. I need to be controlled!

When are you getting your vibro? Did you buy one or hire one?

thanks again for the support.
Betsy, I am hoping to buy one as I live in Kerry, down S.W. Ireland and Dublin hires them but not that far down, however they will sell me one and not charge me delivery cost, go figure but to buy its almost 500 euros. I tried a few others but they haven't got back to me with costings etc. If I were to buy it from U.K , I could do so for £165 but they are quoting £250 to deliver it, so stuck between a rock and a hard place. Will have to see what this weeks research will bring.
