18's into 17's

It’s been a while since I updated on this thread after being away visiting family and then a little spell in hospital. Anyway properly back to it now and my weight is now 18st5lbs. I hope another 3-4 weeks and I’ll be into the next stone.

Last week I lost a pound and this week I’ve lost 2 pounds, so I’m down to 18st2lbs, which means I’m back to the weight I was before my car accident. Now for a push to get to the 17s
