18.2 so that's 2lb off this week. Couple more and I'll be back in the 17's again. Onlt this time I hope to continue my journey on a downward spiral

18 1.5 this week, but lots of eating out/ weekend away coming up so might be here for a couple more weeks yet! Well done everyone on your losses!

Started SW 2 weeks ago at 18st 9, first week lost 4.5lbs 2nd week 3.5lbs, now 18st 1 hoping to be in the 17 next week.
