i started the day after you, 2lbs heavier, and at last weigh in i was 18st 3lbs, with next weigh in tomorrow! hoping to crack the 17's too!!!

hey i have the same stats as you sunny pretty much.. but i only started on the 3/7. sorry to say that i ONLY came across this diet at the end of june. how i wish i had found it a couple of months earlier :sigh:
