Hey Guys,

Just though you might like to know... that i've reached my target weight 14st 7lbs.

Taken 11-12 weeks in Total.
7 Weeks pre Xmas.
4 Weeks post Xmas.

Lost 5st 1lb

Dropped from 40 to 34 Inch Waist.
Dropped from XXL to L.

On my way to having a beautiful girlfriend Sarah.. I hope by Valenties Day. A girl I would of never bothered to communicate with until now.

Thanks for the info and support everyone has provided. I havent been the most active member but I'm always signing on and taking in what other people have put forward and anybody who reaches their goal on this diet deserves some recognition because it is a life change.

Hopefully I should never have to take such drastic measures with weight loss again and I can keep the weight off by myself. Should be able to, learnt alot about food and drink being on this diet.
