I only lost 1lb (totm) so im not as bothered as I thought i'd be!!!

Its a loss and the numbers are going in the right direction and hopefully next week i'll have a better loss!!!

Every lb counts!!!!

better than puttin it up.. i cheated two weeks ago and was never so delighted that i was the same weight.. so 1lb is better than none
