1st day!

    JUDDD
    Yesterday was my first day on JUDDD. Was not really prepared as I read about it in the paper and then decided to try after already having had breakfast which was 200cal!

    Cereal and milk - 200cal
    3 coffees with a little milk - 30 cal
    1 carrot - 35 cal
    Light fish ready meal - 178cal
    Snack a Jack popcorn salted - 48 cal
    Water throughout the day

    In total - 491cal

    It wasn't too bad, but I did find that by about 6pm I was feeling very spaced out and. I went to bed around 10.30. My stomach felt sore and I had a headache. Slept well though and woke up hungry!

    Today is an UD and I had a cereal bar first thing and now feel fine.

    How are the DD after the first few weeks? Do they get easier?

    Hey Koala, that looks like a really good dd! what I would maybe say, is that on your dd's try and leave eating for aslong as possible if you can obv you couldn't yesterday lol.Today is my third day & my 2nd dd. yesterday I couldn't wait for my ud to end. one of the other ladies also suggests eating a sandwich in the evening on an up especially if you are delaying eating on a dd. Hope that is of some help! Oh btw, I also has such a sore head on my first dd aswell xx

    Well done koala on a good 1st day. Yes DDs do get easier and if you plan your food it really does help. I always have bread/sandwich last thing on my UDs and it carries me through until lunch time on a DD. Like nadine I got the headaches, it may be something to do with all the junk and sugar we arent eating on that day, they do get better with time.

    Well done on your first dd. Yes as the others have said they do get easier the more we get into the swing of the plan, the first week can be hard but after that it's better! You'll be fine once you have stuff in for your dd, have a look at the 100cal snack thread, loads of good ideas in there! Plan it out well and know what you are having and when throughout the day and you'll do great. Hope you're enjoying your up day :D
