I should be on SS to goal but im really struggling with the evenings this time around and end up having a tin of tuna or a bit of slamon or chicken breast.
Its driving me nuts because i managed SS 100% before xmas.
Really need to sort myself out. Today is a new day though, who knows i might manage it tonight
Suppose i could have a soup shake and then a choc mix a mousse a while later so im eating something but its still CD.
Might speak to my CD about it on Wednesday.
Wonder if it would affect my losses having an extra sachet just till i get used to not eating again :sigh:
