Not sure I'm gonna match my challenge, my WI is on Fri (only think i've lost 2-3lb), but do we count what we think we have lost on our scales Sunday? . x

Lol, we can can't we. Off to cinema this eve with my son and will be in Nando's before . I'm gonna go for a chicken breast salad and ask them to add not fat or sauce when its grilled..for no dressing, hope it comes up ok.. Got my choc bar for the cinema and will take a litre of water in with me.. Not gonna stop going out socially just because i'm on CD.. Just hope it doesnt make me gain .
