Does anyone ever feel as thought they have eaten too much?? constantly worry that Ive over eaten, although feel I have stuck to the plan. Here goes anyway:
Friday 3rd June
Red Day:
Breakfast- Bananna, Grapes, Melon
Lunch- 2 boiled eggs, 2slices wholemeal (HEB1)
Tea: white fish fillet, jacket potato (HEB2), green beans, carrots
250ml SS milk in tea/coffee (HEA1)
Snacks:
2x mullerlights
berries
2 satsumas
4slices beef
2 slices lean ham
Syns:
2 sugars in tea= 2
2 TBS light salad cream= 2
4 tsp Bertolli light spread= 4
2 cola bottle= 1
Exercise:
10 minutes solution DVD: Toning 3sections = 30mins
10minutes in Just Dance 2
I am hoping I am doing everything right, this is my first proper week on SW. Fingers crossed
