1st go at Lipotrim

Im after a little bit of advice. Im due to be cooking a large family meal on Saturday and was wondering has any one ate a little bit of food one night and then still lost weight? Im going to find it incredibly difficult to cook the food and then not eat it! Especially as my family dont know im doing LT.
 
Im sure some one will come along with good advice or better still use the search function ref eating on lipotrim or food and ketosis something like that BUT

personally i would say your doing too well that you neednt be picky at food and possibly spoiling your hard work. Still im no expert and you know yourself better than anyone would the odd bit of food at the meal make u want more or will you be ok about going back to shakes next morning?

Perhaps start new thread and ask your question again it might get lost in here.
