Iv stopped seeing him as much as i used to now screw him hes gonna have to get used to the new me or sod off!!!

Needless to say hes very over weight himself he weighs around 20 stone and i reckon hes very paranoid about the way he looks thats why he feels the need to slag me off

ah bless,maybe he finds comfort in slaggin to push him emotions down,but stil no excuse to knock your confidence hon xjx

I cannot believe I've lost more weight this week than my last few weeks on LT, I've lost 2.5lb this week and am over the moon, cos I've eaten loads (of the right foods of course). I've got 0.5lb to go before I hit my goal. I'm 9st 0.5lb at the mo. So to all you LT ers you CAN do it, if I can then anyone can. big hugs xx

All I can say is 4 words 'inspiration to us all' Well done. Technically that was 6 and a bit but whose counting!!
