    very low fat natural cottage cheese salmon, plain or smoked mackerel in brine/sauce low calorie fizzy drinks
    toffee mullerlight chicken crab/seafood sticks bacon prawns carrots apples bananas melon, all varieties low calorie squash
    Healthy Extras a 250ml semi-skimmed milk a 5 x 17.5g The Laughing Cow Light Triangles
    b 28g porridge oats and 1 Oat/Scan Branb 227g baking potato (including skin), raw weight

    It wasn't smoked mackerel, just tinned in tom sauce, which the directory said was free.
