I have just done mine for next Friday and had put 3 pieces of fruit, but they are not really needed, which I didnt realise. Just wondering.

Dont worry about a small gain on refeed, its not an unusual occurrence to have a small gain in the first two weeks as your body gets used to food again and the glycogen stores return to normal levels. As long as you are following the refeed sheet, everything should even itself out.
