Step 1 Sole Source 1st week mid-week weight gain - help!

    I'm in my 1st week of sole source - 2nd time around. I've been weighing myself through the harder days (I know, I know) and by yesterday (day 5) had lost 6lbs! However got on the scales today to see I've actually only lost two.

    This week has been SO hard and I've stuck to it, loads of water and green tea, black coffee and the occasional tin of tuna to get through the first days (literally one a day). What's going on??? Feel so depressed and unmotivated now :( Know its my own fault for using the scales so early but I couldn't resist! Please tell me it'll come back off by tomorrow...
