1st week weigh in !!!

Hi everyone , I had my first week weigh in today and I lost.....................

9 lbs WHOOOO HOOOO!!



so you may have guessed i'm happy with this

This week has had it ups and downs but i can see now how worth it is and listening to you guys when i've been a bit low has really helped (Thankyou). sooooo heres to another 100% week !! Must go and update my ticker now as i'm no longer in the 16 stones YAY !!!!!! xxxxxx
