Well as some of you know I haven't been drinking much water the last 3 days as my stomach hurt so bad and adding water made it worse, I was worried that this would affect my weighin and it did, I lost a pound, however this does mean 8 pounds in one week which is excellent, but I was a bit dejected by it but am thinking positively that I know why it happened and hopefully by drinking at least the 4 litres every day from now on I will be on track for a bigger loss next week. Fingers crossed for me!!

My lack of water was also made obvious by the fact that my pee stick was so dark it was almost black!!

Well done on losing 8lb! And hope you feel better now - drink plenty of water but in small sips if you find too much in one go uncomfortable.

I use a Water Filter Jug from Asda (about £6/£7), pour the filtered water into empty 2 litre bottles and leave it overnight to reach room temperature - I find this makes it so much easier to drink. And drinking the recommended 4 litres definitely gets easier as time goes on - you just get used to it. It's a big shock to the system at first though!

I'm with Sambasset, I use 2 x 2 litre bottles of water, I fill them up the night before from the tap, leave them overnight at room temperature.
I then decant them into a smaller bottle & carry that around with me all day, filling it up as I go.

Well done on your 8lb. loss!

When your not use to drinking water it does take awhile to gradually increase it, four pints of water plus what you mix your product with and after that any water you manage is a bonus.

Everyone has a level they are comfortable with.

I drink Spring bottled water as I do not like the taste of tap water and I find it easier to drink at room temperature.

Hi Helen,
8 lbs - nothing to be sneezed at and you lost - even though you were ill etc etc. Keep positive and keep glugging that water. Btw are you feeling better?

I'm fine with the water it was just while I was ill my stomach huty so much that even drinking the water was agony, it was very strange but my LLC told me last night that the coating of the toffee bar can upset people's stomachs so that's cool to know that it's not just me!!

Whey hey hey 8lb is a great loss, well done to you..:D

As mini says it takes a while to get used to drinking 4 litres, build it up gradually and soon you'll be doing the 4 no problem ;)

Heres to a great week 2 for you :D

Well Done You
Fantastic Loss!!!
One Of Our Group Said That She Could Only Manage 2 Litres A Day And Her Losses Were Small Or Non Existent But The Llc Told Her That If She Was Only Drinking Half The Water She Was Only Doing Half The Programme
So That Became Her Mantra And Her Loss Has Improved
