Well done, Nenya! Great kick-start! Over half a stone. On regular diet it would take a month.

On WW that would take me about 6 weeks.....then I'd get bored and give up!

Ty everyone, I had a quick fling with slimming world lost 2lbs, put 2 on and didn't go back. This is the fourth time back on LT because I am very weak willed and cannot cope with food. But this one has to be the last don't kno how i'm going to stay thinner. Finding it really tough this time. : (

Well done Nenya. Itrs good to do measurements all over so you can see exactly how much you lose and where from, but also try and set yourself some mini goals. These will keep you going and give you something to aim for. Good luck with next week. :)
