1st weeks loss

    hey guys im going to weigh in tomoz for my 1st week i do feel amaaaaaaaazing i no i have lost inches every1 keeps telling me but i trainer sooooo hard so uno muscle!
    just wondering what kinda losses you guys had on ur first week?

    hi rachyp : )
    well... normally ii lose about 2 pounds ?
    but ii started agaiin wednesday and have so far lost 4 : ) ii keep weiighiin myself everyday so ii know iits not an accurate reading but that deff gives me motivation!
    iive only drank more water aswell !
    feels liike iive ate so much today though! :(
    iive had beef stew, toffee hoops muller corner, a sandwiich, a biiscuiit, a cup of tea, and a cup of hot choc!
    bearing in mind i only woke up at 12!
    ive added it up and that's only 1050 cals though!
    dunno how many cals in stew though ?
    400 maybe ?

    thats cool! i feel like that sumtimes too! but as long as its in cal limit its all good!
