1st weigh in - over the moon!!!! Its so worth it!

Just had to share my news with someone - no one except my husband knows I am on this diet and I can get him on the mobile!! AAAAAAHHHH!!!

I have just come back from my first weigh in and am 10 lbs down. I cant believe it - am absolutely over the moon.

For anyone thinking of starting or in first week - stick with it - its so worth it. What a feeling to loose 10 lbs in a week.

Oh my god - am thrilled

Am so motivated for next week
