1st weigh-in success!

Hi all

1st weigh-in was Friday morning and total weight-loss for the week is 8 lbs! Delighted and really motivated to continue with the diet to reach my goal.

Mini goal for next Friday is to break 11st. It's been 6 years since I've seen 10st anything on the scales....fingers crossed!!!
