cant believe i was making sure i got food right i didnt even measure my milk once all week,so i dont know what im going to lose if out .

Please try not to worry. I am sure you will have lost something and, if not, think of it as a week where you have got yourself prepared and know what foods you can and can't eat so you will do amazing next week. Let us know how you get on.
Gotta be honest i realised this morning ive been underpointing for my milk allowance, have been putting down 1 when it shouldve been around 3! Oh well we know now anyways!
