    Im so super happy!! Had my first weigh in and I have lost 9.5 lbs!! It has give me that extra incentive to carry on!! I completed week 1, 100%!! So proud of myself!! Kylie xxx

    100% is the way to do it... dont even lick a spoon or nibble anything!!!!!! i find that the minute you do it has a snowball effect and things go downhill.
