    Just had my first weigh-in...

    4.5lbs in 4 days...

Not as much as I would have liked but I have lost 1 inch from my bust and 1 inch from my waist...

Now for 10 days to really make an impact...

Thanks Lin18... my scales showed a 7lb loss so I was a bit disappointed when it only came up 4.5 on the CDC's scales.. but never mind her scales are the ones that count, so I have to trust them...

well done on your loss thats really good for 4 days. I always find that when I weigh myself on my scales they make me 2lbs less than my cdc's do so I make allowances for that so i'm not too dissapointed although my scales are expensive ones (better than hers infact so lol) so i'm wondering who really is right. But anyways as long as they are minus and not gain thats all i'm worried about. Good luck for the coming week xxx
