Well today was first weigh in and I lost 11lbs. I'm delighted with myself. So worth all the ups and downs of the past week. Roll on week 2!!!! :massmoon: WOOHOO!!!!!!!!!!!!
Wow thanks guys. It has really spurred me on for next week. I reckon i knocked myself out of ketosis on Saturday. I bought these breath drops that said no sugar no calories on it. As soon as i used it I just knew i had done wrong. I have been starving ever since. I'll know not to do that in future lol. Didnt do any damage on the weight loss front so am thankful for that. Anyway what I am wondering is would something like that really take me out of ketosis or is it all in my head???
