So had my 1st wk WI- 5lb loss I'm pretty gutted to be honest
was hoping for more, seeing as though I stayed 100%TS all week
I've lost more from just healthy eating and exercise
Trying to convince myself to stick with it and maybe i'll have a decent loss next week, But negative thoughts are starting to creep into my head for the 1st time :cry:
