So had my 1st wk WI- 5lb loss I'm pretty gutted to be honest :( was hoping for more, seeing as though I stayed 100%TS all week

I've lost more from just healthy eating and exercise :(

Trying to convince myself to stick with it and maybe i'll have a decent loss next week, But negative thoughts are starting to creep into my head for the 1st time :cry:
 
Dont be gutted, you've lost 5lbs which is brilliant.
You dont have alot to lose so maybe that's why you didn't get a huge number.
Just remember that any loss is great, better off than on right. :)
 
I know how you feel. I lost just under 4.5lbs and was expecting more based on some of the losses I'd read about on here. The exante website say about a stone a month so we're both bang on track. The main thing to hold on to is that it is coming off. The body will be trying to hold on to that fat come hell or high water so any loss is great. You just have an efficient metabolism but you will lose it.
 
Hi hun I know exactly what you mean by reading other peoples losses but don't be despondent as you have lost. Just dont give up, keep going see what the scales say next week.

Blue Buterfly is righ as you dont have much to lose you probably are less likely to have the big big losses at once.
