    Well its done. Started on Monday with some left over packs from previous failed attempts.

    1st official weigh in tonight....ever!!!!!

    Lost 7lbs since Monday. Although I know I should be over the moon with this, I feel like I have lost more. My clothes feel a lot looser and need to keep pulling trousers up. Moved a notch in my belt also.

    Anyway, pleased its a loss. Heres to the next 7 days on this glorious adventure.

    Short term goal - 3 stone by Christmas. Bring it on baby!!;)

    Well done fantastic loss when you think a normal average weight loss on a conventional diet is about 2lb!!!
    My first weigh in Monday ... can't wait - hope I'm as successful as you!
