Well I am so chuffed! I lost 7lb at my first weigh in
I'm really happy to have had such a good loss - seeing as I did a step-down approach to starting (2 x 1200 day, 1 x 1000 day, 1 x 810 day and 3 SS+).
I think that the step-down really helped in terms of it not being such a shock to my system - I've had a few headaches but I am prone to them anyway!!
I have definately had my water input - between 3 and 4L a day and I'm sure that helped.
So - onwards to week 2 - got a weekend away this w/e - but its in a caravan with no eating out planned. So I have planned meals for DH and the girls that I don't like and will take my pre-portioned out 'mini-meals' with me. The biggest temptation will be the alcohol in the club in the night (you need something to get you through 2 hours of children's "entertainment"!) However my weight loss will spur me on.
regards
