1st WI

I was hoping for about 8 or 9 because it was week 1 but the 11.5 was a real bonus! I guess it just shows how much water I normally retain:(

I run between 3 and 4 miles, usually 2 - 3 times a week. I had been running for about 2 years before starting CD though. I have slowed the pace a little since starting CD, although to be honest I never ran particularly quickly anyway:D
