Basically I bought a pack of Maxwell House 2 in 1 Instant Coffee Sachets which contains coffee and dried milk. Anyone know how many syns these would contain? I only use milk from my hex a for coffee so I would not be using this if I am having the sachets instead - can I count the dried milk for milk allowance by any chance?!
