2 Point Snack - Sorbet Recipe

Hi guyssss, Am new to this whole mini mins thing so bear with me ha. I just wanted to give you all a lovely recipe for making sorbet. If you use zero point fruits it's only 2 points per 1/6th.

450g of point free fruit
65g white granulated sugar
80ml water
1tbsp lemon juice

Boil water and add sugar. Heat until dissolved. Once sugar is dissolved transfer to a container and pop in the fridge to cool (approx 30 mins). Meanwhile puree all fruit and add the lemon juice.
Once chilled add the water and sugar mix to the fruit mix and pop into a container for freezing.
Once frozen take out and partially thaw at room temperature. Mix well to stop nasty crystals. Pop back in the freezer for at least 3 hours until fully frozen and then serve as you please.

I use individual jelly moulds to freeze and serve as it helps to control portion size.

FYI my fruit choice was strawberry and nectarine, it was delish :D x

Yep, switching to granulated sweetener would indeed make for a 0pp dessert. I never thought about doing this, might just grab a back on my next shop. Thanks :D x
