As mentioned before I'm going for a meal on the 2nd May. I'm planning the week before to go onto 2 shakes and a meal as per the refeeding plan to allow me a lovely meal.
Has anyone continued on the 2 shakes and a meal and continued to lose weight.
The reason I'm asking is that I want to definately come off the diet at the end of May to give a month of refeeding for my holiday in July.
