Going to start a food diary from today :)

I'm on 41 points a day with a starting weight of 17.9 :( coming over from CWP for the umpteenth time lol but i need to stick as off to Orlando in November and want to be a size 18!! Currently a size 20 on top and 22 on bottom so fingers crossed :)

I'm a young mum of two toddlers, 1 & 3. They keep me on my toes but i still find time for the gym 3 times a week.

I'll write up everything later, its food shop tomorrow so its a load of rubbish today lol

Nothing amazing due to shopping coming tomorrow :)

Hi good luck! Holidays a great motivation. I've got Centre Parcs in September and refuse to be the biggest there :)
 
Haven't been very good with the diary lol so gunna do it after every meal instead....

I agree bout the weeklies,I used to be really hard on myself and only use them for meals out,it's good to have treats at home aswell :0)
