oh and quorn cocktail sausages are worth a go, lovely even husband thought they tasted like the real thing, bit pricey is the only down side!
 
I usually buy fruit and veg thats on offer, ASDA are pretty good at the mo they have things like punnets of nectarines, kiwis, plums and peaches £1 each.... and their strawberries peppers and aubergines are on offer too...

gives you a bit of variety as well as saving some pennies xx
 
Ok... will try this tomorrow (my weigh in day) as holiday is on 16th July.... Still trying to get my head around SE though

Well done Sally, that'll take you right up to your hols :) Do you go to group? If so you should have a little starter booklet about SE and mix2max, helpful info in there but essentially 2/3 of your plate should be superfree, 1/3 either ed free or green free or a a bit of both. Snacks should be superfree or HEx's, and you get the usual number of syns and HExA and HExB (sounds so easy! lol) I've started a diary thread, and i'll post losses here, i might try and get something on my signature as well!
