2010 Fresh starter just landed in the forums

Since 2010 will be the year I'm turning 30 I decided it would be a good idea to finally shed the weight I'm dragging with me.
I will see my CDC today and tomorrow will be the start of a new life, or so I hope. In 5 years of teaching I gained around 35 kg's (sorry all, I'm Dutch and the whole stone/lbs conversion is still difficult without an internet converter ). I remember when I was thin and actually happy with myself. Now I just get depressed when I see a nice dress or boots and I already know that there's no way I could ever fit in it unless they butter me up and slide me in.

I am really looking forward to starting my diet
