2010 weight loss journey

Well it's a brand new year and today was day 1 of my new diet. I'm trying the alli tablets and a low fat healthy diet with exercise. I've never used these tablets before and the fear of pooing myself sure keeps me on the straight and narrow.

Day 1 is done I had around 1200 calories and 18g of fat today as well as water and 3 alli tablets roll on tomorrow the exercise starts lol
