2012 is the year!!

Bootcamp was so hard tonight. It involved loads of running which I hate. I'm happy that I went and did it even though I'm still ill. I started the 30 day shred yesterday and will try to do it on the days I don't have Bootcamp. I'm losing inches and I think the exercise is really helping with that.

My legs were sore after I did the shred today but I think it was from all the running yesterday. Another reason to hate running! I've been using myfitnesspal this week and it's saying my calorie intake has been too low so today I upped my calories but stayed within my syn allowance.

I'm going to the doctors tomorrow because this colds not clearing up and it's gone down to my chest. I did day 3 of the shred this morning, I've got Bootcamp tomorrow so I'll do the next day on Tuesday. I'm hoping I will get good results. Today's food has been a bit sparse. My appetite has been a lot smaller than usual because of my cold. I wasn't hungry for lunch and I barely ate my breakfast. I had some weetabix in the evening because I still hadn't had my healthy extras.

I went to the doctors and got some antibiotics. Hopefully they will clear me up soon. Bootcamp was circuits tonight and they are always my favourite sessions. They always fly by so quickly which is always a good thing.
