2012 newbies and returners thread :)

I'm new! First time I've ever tried a diet of these sorts. I've cut down in the past but nothing structured like this. I started on monday.
Im fed up of feeling fat and miserable!
Its good to see there are people on here that have similar stats and goals, especially purple hugs (ours are practically identical, except i'm 1lb heavier ;) )

I'm a seasoned dieter, but keeping my eye on my weight is the only way I get it down.. and have had a baby in my time on mini-mins which didn't help! lol
There is a january challenge running - great for motivating you. And also diaries really help if you fancy one. :)

Hope you get on well.. and we are 'losers' together! lol
 
Well I planned to start last week but did the typical thing of putting it off until Monday. Currently on my break in work drinking my first Slimfast of the diet!
I also have my gym bag for after work and feeling very motivated :)
 
hi am i allowed to join in please i did try slimfast and tesco slim but wernt doin it properly so am just interested 2 see how people get on if thats ok x
