Been here ages but would really love some input on what i am eating. I tend to stay away from bread, pasta and rice as it does me no favours. Looking forward to hearing your opinions xxxxx

I dont eat many carbs so i am usually in ketosis which is a natural appetite suppressant. I just make sure what i eat has plenty if cals so as not to under eat either :)

I used to be the same. Junk was eaten all day 'because i had the points to do it' ;) But that triggered cravings and sugar slumps and worse still horrible hunger. Big change from now where i am rarely hungry and never get slumps :) It takes a while to break bad habits but make one change at a time and go from there :D Baby steps :D

Nothing special just a bit of the packet stuff :D Went amazingly well with the pork. Made it that little bit more special than just gravy :)

garlic mayp sounds fab iv started getin low crisps iv been taken some hebal tablets i think there supressing my appetite wich is good x
