My target is to exercise 20 times this month.

For me that is walking, usually 3km
Cycling usually 6km
Swimming usually 24 lenghts

A nice walk on Sunday morning 3km

My addition to September 2019 exercise challenge.
I'm going to try and achieve 1263.6 km this month.

The only exercise I log is my time on the exercise bike.
That's 26 out of 30 Days at an average of 48.6 km on each exercise day.

I do two sessions a day most days @ 40 minutes, 92-100 rpm, 36-40 kph, 120-130 bpm & 250-280 Watts.

Oh wow, I could do with this!! My Challenge is to get moving! I'll go for 30 mins x 3 times a week.. Actually, I will be working in the US for 2 weeks at the end of the month and I know I will get out more- I'll go for 20 times this month too..
I have already walked Sunday & last night..

I didnt get to go out for a walk yesterday. I did some walking at lunchtime so got myblegs moving but not counting it as official walking.
