21 Days to make a habit.

I've read it takes 21 days to make a habit and 60 days to entrench it. So by Christmas we can have new, healthier habits that will be part of our lifestyles before the end of January. Anyone want to try and make some new habits?

Mine are - kettlebells 3 times a week for 30 mins.
Drink 2.5 litres water per day (every day).
Work towards my website - 4 hours per week (not just web browsing - working!)

Update whenever & all are free to add their want to have habits.
 
Ooh I was just looking for some inspiration to get me exercising again!

I am going to start 30 day shred tomorrow and aim for 5 times a week!

I do a degree in Psychology and have had history of eating disorder. It that simple just stopping something many other factors are involved like social support etc

Erm...I still haven't done it! First WI tonight after a few months off so hope that will push me to exercise!
 
Also the best way to change a habit is to replace it with another.
 
And to think of it positively, instead of saying you're giving up smoking, say you're now a non smoker, subtle difference but it's positive, and you are crediting yourself with the result whilst still in the process which helps as no one wants to 'lose' that status!

So instead of on a diet or trying to lose weight you could be 'working towards your size 12' or whatever.
